Campaign Management & Optimizations: Monitor ad account performance (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, etc.) and make adjustments to ensure KPIs are met
Run tests and continuous learning initiatives to improve account performance
Implement optimizations and strategies with alignment from senior team members
Serve as channel lead when needed, ensuring budget tracking and KPI delivery
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and apply a testing mindset
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct deep-dive data analysis, competitive reviews, and metric correlation
Provide actionable insights and recommendations, implement changes, and monitor results
Prepare reports and presentations to share during check-ins with the team
Track and report on acquisition metrics, including customer acquisition cost and incremental lift
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings, sharing performance updates and strategies
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to align deliverables and timelines
Support integrated planning initiatives, such as creative and promotional planning
Document campaign audits and maintain clear process documentation for sustainability
Other Duties & Responsibilities: Support ad hoc vendor acquisition or channel expansion projects as required
Perform other duties as assigned to support Digital Acquisition and broader Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience in Digital Acquisition or Digital Marketing
Minimum of one (1) year proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (must-have)
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (must be comfortable building and using complex formulas/models)
Knowledge of additional platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus
Experience with AI tools, tracking, and attribution platforms will be an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle large campaigns and documentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable starting work as early as 6AM Manila time to overlap with US-based team members.
