About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless communication and expectation management.
- Translate client goals into actionable project plans, forecasts, and digital marketing strategies tailored to their needs.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple accounts (monthly and one-time projects) to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Provide timely campaign updates, insights, and recommendations through regular client calls, reports, and presentations.
- Use project management software to track progress, manage deliverables, and maintain alignment across teams.
- Develop and oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Execute and optimize strategies for SEO, email automation, paid media, and e-commerce management.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform campaign strategy, targeting, and creative direction.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other creatives to produce on-brand, high-performing assets.
- Use analytics and data management tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM systems, and research tools) to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI across all client accounts.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, ad platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies effective and competitive.
- Brief and manage external contractors, freelancers, and cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Foster collaboration between creative, technical, and content teams for seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
- Support and mentor team members and contractors, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
- Tools to use: ClickUp, Slack, Google Meet, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads/Meta Ad Manager.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in paid media buying and campaign management
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Location: Residing in the Philippines with a strong, reliable internet connection and a conducive remote work setup and personal equipment.
- English Proficiency: High-level fluency in written and verbal English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and project management capabilities.
- Strong Work Ethic: A high degree of proactivity, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Client Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative guidance and delivering on promises.
- Advantageous: Preferably from a digital marketing agency.
- Advantageous: Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Advantageous: Experience in US or EU markets.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
