About the role
- Support the sales team by demonstrating technologies in beauty clinics, medical practices, and other relevant customer locations, as well as during promotional events, trade shows, and online conferences.
- Independently showcase technologies both on-site and online.
- Advise and perform test treatments for end customers at partner studios and practices.
- Train and coach partners and their staff on both the theoretical and practical application of our technologies.
- Provide general customer care and support.
Requirements
- Completed training in cosmetology, esthetics, or a similar field.
- Must be a licensed esthetician.
- At least two years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Experience as a beauty therapist, trainer, or in conducting in-person or online demonstrations is a plus.
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills with a love for working with people.
- Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Punctual, reliable, motivated, and positive.
- Medical training is helpful but not required.
- Must be fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and own car are a plus.
