About the role
- Drafting of floor plans, details, schedules, diagrams, plumbing and fire protection systems
- Layout of plumbing and fire protection systems
- Equipment layout and sizing
- Assist in surveys
- Prepare schedules and details
- Participate in building systems design and construction administration for projects including High Rise, Mission Critical, Multi-Unit Housing, Commercial Office, Higher Education, Transportation, Adaptive Reuse and Life Science facilities
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience
- Knowledge and experience in the design of plumbing & fire protection systems
- Familiar with all phases of building design, including construction administration
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- General knowledge of applicable codes
- Bachelors Degree
- EIT, PE (preferred)
