About the role
- Ensure Baker Hughes can deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution and post-job analysis
- Ensure compliance with managing the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
- Work with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand client well construction or production objectives and commercial terms
- Perform offset job analysis and product/service specific engineering modelling calculations to understand application hazards and incident potential
- Work together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/services have been considered
- Design a job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, to meet client objectives and maximize revenue potential
- Accurately document calculations/simulations/plan revisions and changes during project cycles for visibility and audit purposes
- Provide on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution
- Work on field incidents related to products/services and participate in incident investigations, ensuring end-to-end process consideration
- Ensure timely incident management to enable fast customer issue resolution and cash collection
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in drilling services
- Strong experience in data analytics
- Strong experience in Excel and Power BI
- Previous field experience for 5 years minimum in DD/MWD/R&S
- Reservoir navigation experience is preferred
- Previous experience in rig-site support & troubleshooting
- Previous experience in real-time monitoring, tool deployment, and post-run analysis
- Previous experience in HPHT, deepwater, unconventional, extended reach wells
- Previous experience in workflow optimization – including pre-job planning, execution support, and post-job reviews
- Problem-solving, process improvement, analytical and leadership skills
