About the role

  • Manage administration and logistics for small tenant improvement (TI) projects, including scheduling and pre-job site visits
  • Coordinate material orders with purchasing team
  • Conduct field inspections, on-site takeoffs, and detail counts to support sales
  • Assist with warranties and permits
  • Create estimates, takeoffs, and detailed roof reports from the office
  • Create Field Service Orders and provide in-house sales support
  • Provide backup support for sales administration, customer service, and yard operations
  • Be available for after-hours support and work extended hours as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties under pressure
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Availability for after-hours support
  • College degree is a plus but not required
