About the role
- Manage administration and logistics for small tenant improvement (TI) projects, including scheduling and pre-job site visits
- Coordinate material orders with purchasing team
- Conduct field inspections, on-site takeoffs, and detail counts to support sales
- Assist with warranties and permits
- Create estimates, takeoffs, and detailed roof reports from the office
- Create Field Service Orders and provide in-house sales support
- Provide backup support for sales administration, customer service, and yard operations
- Be available for after-hours support and work extended hours as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties under pressure
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Availability for after-hours support
- College degree is a plus but not required
