• Represent the company at major industry events including: American Trucking Associations (ATA) Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) National Private Truck Council (NPTC) Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW) Fleet and transportation industry conferences.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to executive leadership.

National Accounts Director – Commercial Fleet Battery Solutions

General

• Review medical records, imaging studies, and other documentation related to orthopedic injuries and conditions
• Prepare comprehensive written reports and expert opinions based on medical record review and examination findings
• Conduct thorough medical examinations of plaintiffs/defendants as requested
• Provide expert testimony at depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings via telephone, video conference, or in-person appearance
• Collaborate with attorneys to provide medical expertise and strategic insights
• Stay current with medical literature, research, and developments in orthopedic medicine and surgery
• Maintain detailed time records and submit accurate invoices in accordance with company procedures
• Out-of-state travel may be required with short notice for testimony and examinations

Orthopedic Surgeon – Independent Contractor

• Review laboratory results and medical records related to substance exposure and impairment
• Prepare comprehensive written reports and expert opinions based on medical record review and examination findings
• Provide expert testimony at depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings via telephone, video conference, or in-person appearance

• Stay current with medical literature, research, and developments in forensic toxicology.

• Develop and execute national sales strategy for mobile BESS products and services.
• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities across target verticals.
• Establish relationships with executive decision-makers at data centers, industrial facilities, utilities, EPCs, rental companies, and energy developers.
• Drive revenue growth through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Lead negotiations of complex commercial agreements and multi-million-dollar projects.
• Develop account penetration strategies for key customers and strategic prospects.
• Position mobile BESS solutions as alternatives or complements to diesel generators, temporary power systems, and conventional backup power infrastructure.
• Identify new market opportunities in data center expansion, grid-constrained facilities, EV charging infrastructure, resilience applications, and emergency power markets.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product roadmap and commercialization strategy.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization.
• Establish sales processes, forecasting discipline, CRM management, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, operations, and finance teams to support growth objectives.
• Develop channel partner and distributor programs where appropriate.
• Build relationships with Rental power providers, Generator OEMs, EPC contractors, Utility partners, Data center developers, Industrial energy users, Government and defense customers.
