About the role
- Participate in focused training and team meetings
- Work on projects and present results
- Collaborate with Marketing and wider SBU’s to develop and analyze targeted surveys
- Assist in tracking and trending customer feedback to identify patterns
- Creation and development of training and supporting material for customer feedback management tools
- Identify, develop first-time yield indicators
- Support & lead customer experience integration activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business study, Psychology
- GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Effective communication skills
- Legally able to work in the country without company sponsorship or time restriction
