• - Assist with transaction monitoring activities by reviewing reports and data generated through designated systems and tools to identify items requiring further review.
• - Support FinCEN reporting processes by gathering required information, validating completeness, and preparing documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• - Assist in the preparation of required reports under the direction of senior compliance or management staff.
• - Conduct routine title and closing file audits and quality control reviews to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Business Intelligence Developer

• Design and implement data warehouse architectures and solutions that support operational reporting and data analysis.
• Create and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple source systems into the data warehouse.
• Develop and deploy BI solutions using tools such as Cognos Analytics, SSRS, or other reporting platforms. Ensure the availability of meaningful and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Design and maintain data models, schemas, and database objects to ensure optimal performance and efficient querying.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring accurate and consistent data across the warehouse and BI systems.
• Build and optimize complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business users to support decision-making.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and other technical teams to understand data requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Continuously assess and improve the performance of ETL processes, data warehouse queries, and BI reports.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all BI and data warehousing processes, including data flow diagrams, code documentation, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users for BI Tools and solutions; including developing user guides and best practices.
• Provide support to end-users and address issues related to data, reporting, and BI tools.

• Operational Leadership: Supervise the service desk, system administration. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Service Delivery: Ensure the high-quality delivery of IT services by monitoring performance against SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate resources and implement improvements as necessary to maintain service levels.
• ITIL Process Management: Implement and mature key ITIL processes, including: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Request Fulfillment within the IT Service Desk and across other IT areas.
