About the role

  • Deliver accurate payroll runs for Spanish employees and potentially UK, German, and French employees
  • Participate in payroll and benefits processes across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Engage with external payroll and benefits providers and local administration when needed
  • Leverage Workday as core HR system, Papaya Global for global payroll, and ADP Decidium for France when applicable
  • Provide swift and friendly employee assistance: answer questions, resolve issues, and proactively communicate changes
  • Automate People Operations using Workday and AI tools (Dust) and produce HR documents (contracts, certificates)
  • Prepare documents for HR team members (HRBPs and Recruiters) and seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Graduated from a degree in Human Resources, payroll, Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in Spanish payroll
  • Knowledge of Workday, ADP Decidium or Papaya Global (strong plus)
  • Experience in automation of administrative tasks (plus)
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, international environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel/Gsheet
  • Structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy
  • English fluency
