• Contribute to dbt models that transform raw tracking data from GA4 / Amplitude event exports into clean, analytics-ready tables

• Provide our clients with quick and clear information on complex issues & on different channels (email, phone, social media, live chat, etc.)

• Partner with Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to support new product launches and strategic initiatives, anticipating and securing the finance impacts end-to-end.
• Facilitate conversations and decisions on business process changes, ensuring alignment between operational reality, product constraints and finance requirements.
• Upskill and empower operational teams by sharing financial principles and guardrails, so projects are designed with financial accuracy in mind from day one.
• Partner with Finance teams to scope projects properly, define ownership, and execute with the right balance of autonomy and control.
• Define accounting treatments and journal entries, and ensure Accounting has everything needed to book impacts accurately (documentation, inputs, timelines, controls).

• As Senior Communications Lead for the United States, you will own the full communications remit for one of Back Market's highest-priority markets, spanning corporate reputation, consumer storytelling, and earned-influencer strategy.
• This is an integrated comms role that requires cross-functional collaboration and flexible/ regular travel.
• You will manage a local PR agency and lead the planning and implementation of Earned US strategies, operating across corporate narratives (executive and regulatory positioning, business & finance media, category leadership), consumer (product moments, cultural relevance, brand trust), and earned influencer engagement (talent relations, activation development, community building).
• You will build and maintain direct trust-based relationships, with journalists and influential voices across national, business, tech, consumer, sustainability, culture and trade outlets.
• Track, analyse, and report on media coverage, and integrated earned communications performance - translating data into actionable insight.
• Your work will directly influence executive decision-making, shape how Back Market is perceived in the US market, and help establish refurbished tech as an easy, confident choice for every American household.
• You will serve as the primary media-facing representative for the business, and a trusted communications counsel to the US Country Manager and Head of Marketing.

• Develop best-in-class copy that breaks through the slop, using humor; relatability; sharp cultural awareness and an intensely human voice to connect with people
• Protect and execute the brand tone of voice, no matter the medium.
• Responsible for the execution of copy for their regional market, as well as their global copy "squad."
• Deliver compelling and effective copy across multiple touchpoints, from a range including social media and above-the-line marketing (film, OOH) with an emphasis on video scripting for social platforms and social first copy, as well as to direct-to-consumer communications like banners, emails, push notifications—and bringing the same level of investment and execution to each.
• Collaborate with the Back Market in-house studio team, including the in-house Social Team, Executive Creative Director, and design team, to support campaigns as well as day-to-day content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (especially within Marketing) to intake market-specific goals and insights and apply them in your copy.
• Collaborate with Heads of Marketing to ensure that US marketing needs are met through creative.
• Take the marketing data and objectives found in a brief and use them to guide the creation of exciting, compelling copy. You can trace your final draft — no matter how silly — back to the initial business goal outlined in any brief.
• Help develop creative and copy direction for 360, 180, and 90 global campaigns and tailor them to the cultural specificities of the US market.
