About the role

  • Support the coordination, monitoring, and structured execution of operational activities related to IT and telecommunications services delivered to international clients
  • Operational planning and task tracking coordination
  • Maintain operational documentation and trackers
  • Track operational KPIs and delivery timelines
  • Identify delays, risks, or service gaps and escalate proactively
  • Prepare structured status updates and meeting summaries
  • Follow internal quality, security, and QHSE procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field
  • 1–2 years of full-time professional experience in Operations, Project Coordination, IT Support, or Service Delivery
  • Foundational understanding of IT networking concepts (IP, infrastructure basics, firewalls)
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Professional proficiency in French (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup
