About the role
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle and outsourcing coordination under the guidance of senior team members.
- Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases).
- Write and publish engaging job descriptions tailored to different markets.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Communicate professionally and consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in coordinating assessments, interviews, and feedback collection.
- Support the preparation of client-facing talent reports and updates.
- Help ensure smooth onboarding and contracting for outsourced hires.
- Assist with documentation, compliance checks, and record-keeping for international hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline health.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
- Participate in improving recruitment workflows, templates, and documentation.
- Assist in gathering market insights and salary benchmarking data.
- Help maintain data accuracy and reporting for HR metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR coordination, or a related area.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals) and ATS systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
- Based in Tunisia with a stable internet connection and remote work setup.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international teams and candidates.
