Provide day-to-day technical support for users of Mac and Windows operating systems.
Administer and monitor company-wide applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and Asana.
Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access controls across enterprise platforms.
Oversee setup, deployment, and maintenance of company devices and remote workstations.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring systems and access are properly configured.
Support IT documentation, SOPs, and inventory management of company assets.
Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards.
Participate in IT projects such as new system rollouts, integrations, and tool improvements.
Contribute to process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
2–3 years of IT support or systems administration experience in a SaaS or remote-first organization.
Experience supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems in an enterprise setting.
Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
Understanding of IT security best practices, access management, and endpoint protection tools.
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is a plus.
