• Collaborate and strategize with New Business and Account Management on responses to large, complex, and/or strategically important RFPs and pitches; showcase example surveys and deliverable samples or mockups to bring proposed solutions to life, including the building or coordinating of samples as needed.
• Support the Sales organization with a goal of helping them to hit and exceed revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes by incorporating other aytm products and/or services to achieve client objectives.

Senior Solution Strategist, Pre-Sales

Director

• Develop strong, consultative relationships with existing customers to discover where our solutions deliver additional value.

Enterprise Accounts Director

Research Analyst

• Program and build surveys on aytm’s proprietary platform for both ADIY and Full Service projects.
• Translate client questionnaires and research objectives into effective surveys.
• Translate client data deliverable requirements (e.g., tables, simulators, specs) into clear documentation for Data teams, and QA outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Review survey instruments for clarity, logic, grammar, structure, and best practices, recommending improvements that strengthen data quality and respondent engagement.
• Execute thorough end-to-end QA on programmed surveys.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate survey tool/platform-related technical issues, partnering with internal teams to resolve efficiently.
• Launch and manage fieldwork for market research studies in partnership with Panel Operations.
• Monitor fieldwork performance, quotas, incidence, LOI, and respondent quality metrics.

Administration

• Own day-to-day administration and long-term architecture of Gainsight CS, including objects, rules, playbooks, CTAs, health scores, and dashboards
• Design, maintain, and evolve customer health scoring models using product usage, engagement, financial, and sentiment data
• Build and optimize automated workflows to support proactive customer engagement, renewals, risk mitigation, and expansion
• Partner with Customer Success leadership to translate customer strategy into scalable Gainsight processes
• Support additional Customer Success and Revenue Operations tools as needed
• Assist with Salesforce administrative tasks including: page layouts, fields, validation rules, and basic flows; data imports/updates (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)

• Consult on and lead full- and assisted-service quantitative market research projects across multiple methodologies for a diverse client base.
• Partner with Research Services leadership to develop and implement team goals, processes, and tools that improve team performance and project execution.
• Lead client consulting and research planning; supervise project execution teams through advising/coaching, providing constructive feedback on deliverables, and resolving client escalations.
• Manage, mentor, coach, and train Research Analysts and Research Managers.
• Oversee resource allocation and project assignment across the Research team.

• Provide customers with technical guidance on aytm’s platform in partnership with Customer Success/ Account Management teams.
• Identify, trouble-shoot and escalate any tool/platform-related technical issues and find solutions in partnership with internal teams to drive engagements forward.
• Lead and participate in client conversations related to survey execution and support.
• Provide consultative platform expertise on surveys and execution by leveraging an in-depth understanding of previous customer work.

• Works alongside the Growth Marketing team to hit marketing KPIs around MQLs, SQLs, pipeline generation and closed-won revenue.
