About the role
- Serve in a Systems Administrator role for the HCM Digital Transformation Project
- Partner with PMO, Client Leadership, and Workday HCM Functional Leads
- Strategize and plan for Workday onboarding/offboarding capabilities
- Document findings and recommend approaches to develop and execute roadmaps
- Design, develop, document, configure, test, and implement new Workday processes
- Assist with testing integration enhancements and new integrations
- Work with SMEs to develop new or changed business process designs
- Support post-go-live implementation and ongoing sustainment
Requirements
- 7 Years experience strategizing and planning Workday Onboarding/Offboarding capabilities
- 7 Years experience documenting findings, assessing strategy, and recommending approach options
- 7 Years experience designing, developing, documenting, configuring, testing, and implementing new Workday business processes
- 7 Years experience partnering with the Technical Lead to assist with testing integration enhancements
- 7 Years experience working closely with SMEs to develop or change business process designs
- 7 Years experience assisting the Workday Delivery Team with post-go-live support and ongoing sustainment
