About the role
- Oversee and implement switch provisioning (configuration) across multiple sites, including coordinating cutover logistics.
- Establish network monitoring for new equipment.
- Escalation point for all NetScaler incidents and operational support.
- Provide support for SD-WAN sites and maintain network equipment.
- Manage LAN/WAN routing protocol and perform port management.
Requirements
- Public Trust Clearance and ITILv4 Foundation Certification by start date.
- 3+ years of experience managing NetScaler.
- Previous experience managing NetScaler in a large enterprise environment.
- Previous experience supporting and operating Software-Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN) sites.
- Bachelor's degree and 8 - 12 years of experience.
- Proven ability to work independently in a full and/or partial remote environment with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in configuring BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Static routes.
