The Systems Administrator – Senior ensures the stable operation of in-house computer systems, software, and network connections.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting end-user software and connectivity issues, analyzing system capacity and performance, applying security standards, and providing technical recommendations that align with organizational goals.
The administrator will also direct the work of other system administrators to support day-to-day operations, optimize resources, and deliver user assistance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of specialized experience in Information Processing.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting software systems.
Advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance.
Experience with vulnerability management and cybersecurity practices.
Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols, firewalls, and diagnostic tools.
