- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in Locum Tenens staffing and provide guidance to your team
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs, PRE/WOR providers, assist with issues, and identify improvement areas
- Assist in driving individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics
- Review and utilize reporting to facilitate one-on-one and team meetings, ensuring data guides decision-making
- Discuss and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals; balance leadership with maintaining your own recruitment desk
- Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments and resolve issues effectively
- Foster team well-being, communicate expectations, and take on additional duties as needed to support growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Locum Tenens staffing
- Direct relevant experience managing a recruitment team within the Locum Tenens staffing industry
- Proven success in a metrics driven environment
- At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
