• Own the global events strategy and roadmap across internal and external programs
• Build an event framework that aligns each event to clear business objectives, target audiences, messaging, and success metrics
• Establish governance, planning processes, and playbooks to ensure consistency across regions while allowing flexibility to meet local market needs
• Recommend the right mix of owned events, executive programs, webinars, and third-party sponsorships to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and demand generation
• Lead the planning and execution of internal events such as company kickoffs, leadership meetings, employee engagement events, and strategic internal communications moments
• Manage the company’s participation in trade shows, conferences, customer events, partner events, and sponsored programs
• Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand/Creative, and Marketing Operations to align messaging, assets, audience strategy, and follow-up.
• Define and track key event KPIs, including attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, customer engagement, and ROI.

Marketing Events Specialist

Infrastructure Engineer

• Design and implement scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure and on-premises technologies.
• Architect and support highly available, resilient, and disaster recovery-enabled infrastructure environments.
• Design and implement secure Azure networking solutions including: VNets, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Azure Firewall, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway / WAF.
• Deploy and support mission-critical applications using Azure infrastructure services.
• Act as technical lead for customer onboarding, migration, and cloud infrastructure projects.
• Design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise Linux and Windows server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid identity integrations.
• Deploy, administer, and support Kubernetes environments, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Provide advanced L3 support across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and storage platforms.
• Perform infrastructure lifecycle management, patching, capacity planning, and operational optimization.
• Participate in audits, disaster recovery testing, operational governance, and security compliance initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive long-term operational improvements.
• Participate in after-hours support rotations and scheduled maintenance activities as required.

Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Customer Success Manager

• Take ownership of assigned customer relationships and team with your accounts along the customer journey to expand Axway’s footprint.
• Grow ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) with existing customers by maximizing upsell opportunities, while minimizing churn and down-sell.
• Continually work with the customer to identify adjacent opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
• Partner with customers to maximize utilization of the Axway solutions within the adoption and expansion phases.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as net revenue retention, net contract retention, etc.
• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive customer success plan for each account.
• Develop and share best practices with the team members to continually improve our processes’ quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
• Collaborate and share customer feedback with internal teams to enhance product development efforts.
