About the role
- Execute a Southwest channel strategy to increase partner-sourced revenue through the recruitment and onboarding of strategic resellers and MSPs in California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
- Develop joint business plans with key partners that include defined technical enablement paths, localized marketing initiatives, and mutual revenue goals.
- Facilitate account mapping and opportunity management by aligning regional channel partners with Axonius Sales, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams.
- Manage regional partner operations including the negotiation of commercial agreements and the delivery of sales and technical certifications via the Partner Success team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Channel Partnerships, Business Development, or Alliance Management within the B2B enterprise software sector.
- 3+ years of direct experience scaling partner programs with Resellers, Distributors, or MSPs specifically within the Southwest United States.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding defined partner-driven revenue and booking targets.
- Bachelor’s degree and the ability to travel up to 40% within the region for on-site partner enablement and industry events.
