About the role
- Help students build the practical, emotional, and physical skills they need to navigate school and daily life with greater independence
- Deliver remote occupational therapy sessions using a virtual model, adapting strategies to each student’s environment and unique needs
- Bring creativity and clinical insight to each session to support students’ function and confidence
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and interdisciplinary providers to support student participation in education
- Work as part of AXIS Teletherapy’s remote team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, counselors, and evaluators
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ohio Board License in Occupational Therapy
- Ohio Department of Education 5-Year Pupil Services License OR Pupil Services Registration
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting
