About the role

  • Strategically managing 10-15 key customer accounts
  • Proactively identifying and onboarding new partners and customers
  • Coaching partners on new tools and solutions to promote Axis's end-to-end offerings
  • Supporting and leading partner training and events to enhance their capabilities and commitment to Axis solutions
  • Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring CRM compliance for your accounts
  • Being on the road for customer meetings, focusing on expanding existing business and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to build and execute long-term territory and account plans
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with strong prioritization and efficiency skills
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently across Scotland
