About the role
- Strategically managing 10-15 key customer accounts
- Proactively identifying and onboarding new partners and customers
- Coaching partners on new tools and solutions to promote Axis's end-to-end offerings
- Supporting and leading partner training and events to enhance their capabilities and commitment to Axis solutions
- Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and ensuring CRM compliance for your accounts
- Being on the road for customer meetings, focusing on expanding existing business and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder organizations
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to build and execute long-term territory and account plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive with strong prioritization and efficiency skills
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel frequently across Scotland
