About the role
- Identify, onboard, and develop partners like system integrators and value-added resellers.
- Nurture partners by providing continuous support through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary contact for new and existing partners with the Channel Partner Program (CPP).
- Drive business growth through structured training, coaching, and educational support to channel partners.
- Develop and execute marketing activities for key partners alongside the marketing team.
- Track and assess key focus partners' performance and growth trajectory.
- Collaborate with partner-referred end-user accounts to develop strategic opportunities.
- Handle inbound leads requiring face-to-face engagement in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and document partner performance, highlighting improvement areas.
Requirements
- Strong ability to analyze and prioritize customer relationships
- Driven and self-motivated team player
- Good knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applications
- Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to build and maintain relations with customers
- Exhibit good core values
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar sales position
- A track record of reaching sales targets working through partners.
