About the role
- We are currently seeking Litigation Paralegals to work with a major player in the automotive industry.We are looking for a conscientious and detail-oriented Junior or Mid-Level Paralegals to join the litigation support team.This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the nation's renowned Fortune 500 companies.
- Provide litigation support for consumer and class action matters.
- Manage discovery, document review, and case file organization to ensure efficient litigation workflow.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and settlement documents, with attention to consumer protection laws.
- Conduct legal research and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations affecting automotive litigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of strong litigation experience with a US law firm, or corporate legal department.
- Direct experience supporting consumer litigation or class action matters.
- Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
- Ability to learn new processes.
