• Eingehende Anliegen prüfen, nach fachlicher Relevanz priorisieren und strukturiert im Ticketsystem dokumentieren
• Typische Fragestellungen per Ferndiagnose lösen und Anwender:innen bei der Umsetzung im Verwaltungsalltag unterstützen
• Komplexe Fälle für das 2nd-Level-Support aufbereiten und alle relevanten Daten koordinieren
• Fachwissen zu ERP-Prozessen im öffentlichen Sektor kontinuierlich ausbauen
