Application Engineer

• Manage technical interactions with customers in the BeNeLux territory and act as their technical expert
• Guide customers through evaluation, adoption, and deployment of Axelera AI hardware (PCIe boards, modules, vision gateways)
• Use Voyager SDK to deploy AI models and pipelines on Axelera platforms
• Address inquiries and resolve technical issues directly or via coordination with R&D
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism
• Support Sales in expanding accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins
• Track customer interactions, ensure follow-ups and effective communication
• Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management for product improvements
• Conduct competitive analysis through customer and industry insights
• Assist in creating clear, compelling, and instructive product documentation
• Advocate for customers internally to ensure responsiveness and drive product enhancements
• Collaborate closely with Axelera’s R&D teams across Europe to ensure seamless technical support

Senior Field Application Engineer

Sales

• Design and implement a comprehensive DACH sales strategy focused on long-term account development and value-based solution selling
• Own sales performance across DACH with emphasis on pipeline development, key account growth, and market share expansion
• Cultivate and expand relationships with major hardware OEMs and enterprise clients, addressing complex technical requirements and procurement processes
• Identify and formalize partnerships with system integrators, industry alliances, and channel partners; lead co-selling and joint GTM activities
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a local sales team; build structured planning, forecasting, and accountability
• Effectively communicate technical and business value of Edge AI and computer vision solutions to technical buyers and senior decision-makers
• Collaborate with global product, marketing, and engineering teams to align roadmap priorities with regional needs
• Travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to meet customers, attend conferences, and engage ecosystem stakeholders
