Manage technical interactions with customers in the BeNeLux territory and act as their technical expert
Guide customers through evaluation, adoption, and deployment of Axelera AI hardware (PCIe boards, modules, vision gateways)
Use Voyager SDK to deploy AI models and pipelines on Axelera platforms
Address inquiries and resolve technical issues directly or via coordination with R&D
Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism
Support Sales in expanding accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins
Track customer interactions, ensure follow-ups and effective communication
Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management for product improvements
Conduct competitive analysis through customer and industry insights
Assist in creating clear, compelling, and instructive product documentation
Advocate for customers internally to ensure responsiveness and drive product enhancements
Collaborate closely with Axelera’s R&D teams across Europe to ensure seamless technical support
Requirements
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in the semiconductor and/or Artificial Intelligence industry in a customer-facing application development or technical support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology
Programming experience in Python, C/C++, OpenCL, CUDA
Experience using a high-level ML framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Solid understanding of embedded systems and practical experience with embedded hardware
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel to company sites as needed (expect 30%+ travel)
