About the role
- Provide sales support to accounts in an assigned territory and partner with clients to develop new business plans & opportunities.
- Establish relationships with new clients.
- Service customer needs through trials, start-ups, troubleshooting, training and ongoing account maintenance.
- Assist customers with product selection, testing and performance specifications.
- Conduct customer training at customer locations and at local Axalta facility.
- Continuous expansion & growth of territory profitability.
Requirements
- High School diploma required with Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
- 5+ years industrial sales & territory management experience required with powder/liquid/e-coat coatings alignment strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Powder/Liquid/E-coat application techniques and finishing equipment is an added plus.
- Strong training & presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- MS Office proficient.
- Spanish language skills an added plus.
