About the role

  • Provide sales support to accounts in an assigned territory and partner with clients to develop new business plans & opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with new clients.
  • Service customer needs through trials, start-ups, troubleshooting, training and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Assist customers with product selection, testing and performance specifications.
  • Conduct customer training at customer locations and at local Axalta facility.
  • Continuous expansion & growth of territory profitability.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required with Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years industrial sales & territory management experience required with powder/liquid/e-coat coatings alignment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Powder/Liquid/E-coat application techniques and finishing equipment is an added plus.
  • Strong training & presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Spanish language skills an added plus.
