About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to double our internal consultant headcount and external placement volume within [Timeframe].
- Audit and optimize our full-cycle recruitment tech stack (ATS, CRM, Sourcing tools) to ensure maximum efficiency and automation.
- Directly manage high-level executive searches while mentoring a team of recruiters on advanced headhunting and negotiation techniques.

- Establish KPIs and OKRs focused on quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and long-term placement retention.
Requirements
- 8+ years in staffing/recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or 'Lead Recruiter' capacity.
- A proven track record of success in both high-volume staffing and niche, high-stakes Executive Search.
- You don’t just follow a playbook; you write it.
- You thrive in environments where you have the autonomy to change processes and experiment.
- You possess a deep 'rolodex' and understand how to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-sourcing tools, and unconventional methods to find the 'unfindable' candidate.
