About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to double our internal consultant headcount and external placement volume within [Timeframe].

Requirements

  • 8+ years in staffing/recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or 'Lead Recruiter' capacity.
  • A proven track record of success in both high-volume staffing and niche, high-stakes Executive Search.
  • You don’t just follow a playbook; you write it.
  • You thrive in environments where you have the autonomy to change processes and experiment.
  • You possess a deep 'rolodex' and understand how to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-sourcing tools, and unconventional methods to find the 'unfindable' candidate.
