About the role

  • Define and lead the overall account management strategy, ensuring it aligns with company goals and client needs.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, including casinos, online gaming platforms, and other gambling-related businesses.
  • Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, increase retention, and maximize client value.
  • Serve as the strategic partner and escalation point for high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with commercial, product, compliance, and legal functions to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Establish frameworks for contract negotiation and renewals that balance client satisfaction with company objectives.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Ensure client relationships remain compliant with European gaming and gambling regulations.
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Act as a thought leader, regularly sharing product updates, market intelligence, and industry trends with clients.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in the European gaming and gambling industry, including regulations, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Significant experience in account management or client success, ideally in a senior or domain leadership capacity.
  • Commercially driven, with proven ability to influence account growth strategies and deliver results.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and building trusted client partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights and actions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-moving environment.
