About the role
- Manage complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant or small cluster of restaurants
- Ensure the restaurant operates to high operational and financial standards
- Ensure restaurant is clean, staffed, open for business
- Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for associates
- Recognize restaurant staff for their contributions and performance
- Monitor financial and operational data and reports
- Maintain proficiency in management information systems
Requirements
- Experience managing types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service)
- Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience
- Overall working restaurant experience of 5-7 years
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute experience
- Ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies and products, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
