About the role

  • Manage complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant or small cluster of restaurants
  • Ensure the restaurant operates to high operational and financial standards
  • Ensure restaurant is clean, staffed, open for business
  • Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for associates
  • Recognize restaurant staff for their contributions and performance
  • Monitor financial and operational data and reports
  • Maintain proficiency in management information systems

Requirements

  • Experience managing types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service)
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant P&L management experience
  • Overall working restaurant experience of 5-7 years
  • Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute experience
  • Ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
  • Knowledge of HMSHost policies and products, service, quality, equipment and operations standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
