About the role

  • Provide, modify and revoke user access across company systems, applications and platforms based on approved requests.
  • Administer access provisioning, deprovisioning and role-based access controls across systems and applications.
  • Maintain and implement access management policies, standards and procedures.
  • Support periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access).
  • Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Keep audit-ready documentation and evidence for access requests and approvals.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR and business units to ensure accurate and timely access changes.
  • Escalate high-priority or high-visibility access requests to senior levels as required.
  • Meet defined service level agreements and operational key performance indicators for access management.
  • Troubleshoot access issues and provide user support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows and documentation.
  • Support implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests.
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date access control documentation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in system access administration, IAM or IT operations.
  • Experience supporting access management in a regulated or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of role-based access control principles, least privilege and segregation of duties.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management).
  • Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Experience supporting high-profile or business-critical applications.
  • Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile is required.
  • Experience supporting key client accounts.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with partners, clients and colleagues across Canada.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow is preferred.
  • IAM accreditations/certifications are an asset.
