About the role
- Handle requests and manage relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop specific retail channels.
- Presents products to customers.
- Utilize consultative selling skills to identify customer needs in order to close sales opportunities.
- Ensure delivery of the customer experience from sale to fulfillment to foster relationships.
- Provides customer service and be responsible for complaints management and problem solving.
- Monitor competition in order to keep up with the various changes and developments to the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration. A master degree will be considered as an asset.
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience as a Retail Development or Sales Consultant.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written).
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications and familiarity with CRM programs.
- Strong communication skills with attention to details.
- Knowledge of car specifications will be considered as an asset.
