• Perform end-to-end procurement processes focusing on optimization of spend and reduction of cost.
• Manage the receipt of purchasing requests, conduct tenders/Rfqs, perform negotiations and execute all relevant activities including Facility management and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing processes, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business needs, including vendor negotiations and performance management.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring suppliers fulfill performance standards.
• Able to work cross functional to analyze demand and ensure efficient monitoring.
• Assist in e-sourcing annual events.
• Participate in relevant project management activities.
• Understand the relevant product and service categories and conduct market research for potential suppliers.

• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless recruitment process.

• Ensure accurate collection, completion, and filing of all required employee documentation.
• Coordinate exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures in line with company policies.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
• Liaise with external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues efficiently.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, requests, and concerns.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment through clear communication and proactive engagement.
• Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee participation.
• Maintain up-to-date training records and support the identification of development opportunities.
• Actively contribute to the organization of HR events and initiatives that enhance the overall Employee Experience.
• Maintain and update employee records within the HR information system.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the HR team.
