About the role

  • Support the creation, posting, and management of job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless recruitment process.
  • Organize and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Ensure accurate collection, completion, and filing of all required employee documentation.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures in line with company policies.
  • Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues efficiently.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment through clear communication and proactive engagement.
  • Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee participation.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and support the identification of development opportunities.
  • Actively contribute to the organization of HR events and initiatives that enhance the overall Employee Experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HR information system.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • - **Educational Background**: Master’s degree in human resources/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • - **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
  • - **Team Player**: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
  • - **Effective Multi-Tasking:** Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • - **Work Ethic**: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • - **Communication:** Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • - Experienced in utilizing **HR software** and adept at working with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • - Knowledge of **labor laws** and **HR best practices** is a plus.
