About the role
- Support the creation, posting, and management of job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and seamless recruitment process.
- Organize and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure accurate collection, completion, and filing of all required employee documentation.
- Coordinate exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures in line with company policies.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
- Liaise with external vendors to resolve benefits-related issues efficiently.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee questions, requests, and concerns.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment through clear communication and proactive engagement.
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee participation.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and support the identification of development opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the organization of HR events and initiatives that enhance the overall Employee Experience.
- Maintain and update employee records within the HR information system.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the HR team.
Requirements
- - **Educational Background**: Master’s degree in human resources/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- - **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
- - **Team Player**: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
- - **Effective Multi-Tasking:** Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- - **Work Ethic**: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- - **Communication:** Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- - Experienced in utilizing **HR software** and adept at working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- - Knowledge of **labor laws** and **HR best practices** is a plus.
