About the role

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events
  • Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
  • Build a strong network of professional relationships with current and potential employees and industry contacts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and be aware of job market changes to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and improve the recruitment process continuously
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and build strong relationships

Requirements

  • 6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product domain with a sizable global backdrop
  • Proven experience as a Sales or GTM Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills through the use of Linkedin and other tools
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws for India
  • Familiar in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
