About the role
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in partnership with hiring managers
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry events
- Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Build a strong network of professional relationships with current and potential employees and industry contacts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and be aware of job market changes to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate databases
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess and improve the recruitment process continuously
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and build strong relationships

Requirements
- 6+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product domain with a sizable global backdrop
- Proven experience as a Sales or GTM Recruiter or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong sourcing and networking skills through the use of Linkedin and other tools
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws for India
- Familiar in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
- Strong interviewing and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
