About the role

  • Implement and manage the lifecycle of early careers programmes and strategy; including onboarding and development of apprentices and graduates globally, learning experiences, rotations, mentorships, non-rotational programmes, cohort connections, performance management, reward, recognition and engagement
  • Co-ordinate and programme manage our early careers apprentice and graduate programmes globally across all functions to bring about a consistent and high quality employee experience, balancing global scalability with local country needs
  • Drive the long term vision and early careers strategy to develop a strong pipeline of future talent, understand the future skills need and workforce plans, gain support from a key range of stakeholders to accelerate the development of early careers talent and use of AI proof techniques to enable robust decision-making, in partnership with TA
  • Continue to track and support the development of Early Career talent as they transition from the end of their programmes into emerging careers at AVEVA, celebrating the end of programmes, setting managers up for success, and developing longer term retention strategies
  • Deliver operational excellence by aligning on key program success metrics with the business and wider people team bringing robust data into all aspects of the role. Being able to analyse, manipulate and spot data trends in order to bring insights to HRBPs, leaders and employees. Monitor progress over time and take action
  • Support internal and external communications and TA with storytelling of successful graduates and apprentices on AVEVA programmes, aligning on key messages and with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider Talent & Learning team to contribute and lead projects that shape the talent strategy, agenda and approach aligned to the AVEVA Values
  • Bring different thinking, thought leadership, talent expertise and a willingness to challenge the existing practices.

Requirements

  • Experienced in early careers talent development, including rotational programs and long-term growth
  • Experience of working globally across different countries and regions
  • Results-driven and pragmatic, with strong programme management skills and attention to detail
  • Innovative and adaptable, able to improve or build processes while engaging others in the journey
  • Collaborative and influential, partnering effectively with HRBPs, TA teams, and leaders at all levels
  • Strategic thinker in talent and future skills, turning curiosity into actionable strategies
  • Data-savvy, using insights to shape talent agendas and challenge the status quo
  • Change champion, skilled at embedding and animating transformation
  • Exceptional communicator, with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Knowledgeable in career development, change management and recruitment approaches
  • Comfortable with HR systems and analytics, leveraging data for impactful decisions.
