About the role

Process joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) access requests across business critical systems
Support execution of regular access certification, role review, and privileged access activities
Assist in maintaining accurate RBAC configurations and segregation of duties (SoD) records
Track access exceptions and ensure follow-up and resolution with relevant stakeholders
Maintain documentation to support internal control testing and audit walkthroughs
Collaborate with system owners and IT support teams to resolve access-related issues
Contribute to improvements in access control workflows, evidence traceability, and documentation standards
Support knowledge transfer and help onboard new team members
Ensure evidence is available to meet PCAOB/SOX audit requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
3+ years of experience in access management, IT support, or audit coordination
Understanding of access provisioning, RBAC, SoD, and identity-related IT general controls
Experience with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Workday
Familiarity with PCAOB/SOX requirements and access review processes
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint) and ServiceNow or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation to audit standards
Clear written and verbal communication skills
(Desired) Exposure to IAM tools or access governance solutions
(Desired) Familiarity with GDPR or other data protection requirements
(Desired) Understanding of ITIL or control frameworks related to identity governance
(Desired) Experience supporting audits, access reviews, or internal control testing
