About the role
- Own the day-to-day operations of our partner programs, including onboarding, deal registration, portal management, and reporting.
- Maintain partner data, certifications, and performance tracking in CRM and partner systems.
- Collaborate with Partner Managers to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and enhance partner experience.
- Track and report on partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and program KPIs.
- Support MDF (marketing development funds) management, approvals, and ROI tracking.
- Help document and optimize partner processes for scale and repeatability.
- Partner with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure alignment on partner-sourced pipeline and forecasting.
- Assist in partner communications, enablement logistics, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- 5 years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, channel programs, or related roles in B2B software/SaaS.
- Strong understanding of channel sales motions (VAR, ISV, or consulting partner programs).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and partner portals or PRM platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven with strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
