About the role
- Responsible for providing total nursing care of residents.
- Oversees all Federal/State SNF Conditions of Participation.
- Establishes and implements policies/procedures for resident care.
- Coordinates planning, decision making, and budgeting for the facility.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing
- An active license in the state of practice upon hire.
- 4-6 years in long term/skilled care or similar experience.
- 1-3 years leadership experience preferred.
