About the role
- Centralized business support to Field Operations, including property onboarding, regulatory affairs, business operations, and vendor management
- Manage vendors and virtual property management processes
- Develop strategy for new verticals and support business operations initiatives
- Support guest and owner experience by elevating quality standards and driving continuous improvement
- Track and improve key metrics: responsiveness, operational costs, overhead, CSAT, NPS
- Partner with Product & Engineering to leverage technology for KPI improvements
- Lead cost savings initiatives across cleaning, maintenance, and other recurring property services
Requirements
- Provide centralized business support to Field Operations (e.g., property onboarding, regulatory affairs, business operations, vendor management)
- Vendor management and virtual property management

- Support Operations in delivering exceptional guest & owner experience; elevate quality standards; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and move key metrics including responsiveness, operational costs, overhead costs, CSAT and NPS
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to leverage technology to improve core KPIs and outcomes
- Drive cost savings initiatives across cleaning, maintenance, and other recurring property service providers
