About the role
- Manage a high volume of end-to-end recruitment processes across different scientific roles
- Post job openings internally and externally, ensuring our ads are accurate, engaging, and targeted
- Handle recruitment questions from hiring managers, candidates, and external providers
- Keep a close eye on application flows and flag any trends or concerns
- Record and maintain candidate data accurately in our ATS
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders — and manage expectations with confidence
- Support candidates with interview preparation, confirmations, and general process questions
- Respond to internal and external recruitment inquiries on status updates, process steps, or scheduling
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
- A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Comfort working both independently and closely with our team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Calmness and structure when working toward tight deadlines
- Confidence to push back or challenge constructively when needed
- Curiosity about the life sciences world (even if you're new to it!)
