About the role

  • Manage a high volume of end-to-end recruitment processes across different scientific roles
  • Post job openings internally and externally, ensuring our ads are accurate, engaging, and targeted
  • Handle recruitment questions from hiring managers, candidates, and external providers
  • Keep a close eye on application flows and flag any trends or concerns
  • Record and maintain candidate data accurately in our ATS
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders — and manage expectations with confidence
  • Support candidates with interview preparation, confirmations, and general process questions
  • Respond to internal and external recruitment inquiries on status updates, process steps, or scheduling

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Comfort working both independently and closely with our team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Calmness and structure when working toward tight deadlines
  • Confidence to push back or challenge constructively when needed
  • Curiosity about the life sciences world (even if you're new to it!)
