Project Manager

• Responsible for the creation of Scope of Work (“SOW”)
• Collaborates with all agency teams to establish effective project plans, staff plans, forecast upcoming work and allocate resources
• Manages effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts
• Develops timelines and advises on estimates; manages projects to remain on time and budget; flags timing and budget concerns to course correct
• Schedule and lead project kick-off meeting
• Work with internal team to define program requirements and system specifications
• Initiate and conduct formal internal review meetings to secure creative approvals
• Conduct formal team status meetings, document risks and issues
• Maintain daily communications with team members on all projects
• Work closely with the team to determine and understand daily project status
• Ensure that issues and risks are anticipated, identified and properly escalated and resolved
• Conduct internal copy/layout reviews with core team
• Facilitate presentations and review of final asset with client
• Manage the financial tracking process for the project
• Tactful, yet assertive communication style; able to foster positive relationships with agency teams
• Provides meaningful performance input for other employees in all departments

Data Scientist

• Lead advanced measurement strategy across HCP and DTC campaigns, including MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, brand affinity, and lift studies.
• Integrate and analyze healthcare datasets including IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, Medicaid, and other claims or identity-based data sources to quantify media impact.
• Connect exposure across linear TV, Google, SEM, display, paid social, radio, and programmatic to business outcomes and promotional KPIs.
• Query and manipulate large datasets within Snowflake, operating within a medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data architecture.
• Build structured datasets and dashboards in Tableau and Looker that support real-time insight generation and executive reporting.
• Translate statistical and modeling outputs into clear, actionable storylines that demonstrate how campaigns drive business performance.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that bring data to life for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Media Strategy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure measurement frameworks are aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor analysts and foster a culture of innovation, rigor, and cross-functional partnership within the data science function.
