About the role
- Act as central point of contact between customers and AWS; shape customers' cloud future.
- Analyze customers' business and IT requirements and develop customized AWS cloud architectures ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Design and implement AWS-based solutions that meet individual customer requirements.
- Support customers in migrating IT infrastructure and applications to AWS; ensure smooth migration processes.
- Support pre-sales activities and present cloud solution advantages to potential customers.
- Hold workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams; share AWS knowledge.

- Geschäfts- und IT-Anforderungen analysieren und passgenaue Cloud-Architekturen entwickeln (Skalierbarkeit, Performance, Sicherheit).
- AWS-basierte Lösungen konzipieren und implementieren.
- Kunden bei Migrationen in die AWS-Cloud begleiten und reibungslose Abläufe sicherstellen.
- Vertrieb bei Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten unterstützen und Kunden technisch begeistern.
- Workshops und Schulungen für Kunden und interne Teams durchführen.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (MINT).
- At least two years of experience in technical departments.
- Ideally two years of experience with AWS.
- Ideally AWS Solution Architect certification or comparable qualifications.
- Project management experience: managed medium to large IT projects.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent learning skills and motivation to learn new technologies.
- Solution-oriented team player with hands-on mentality.
- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem MINT-Bereich.
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in technischen Abteilungen.
- Idealerweise zwei Jahre Erfahrung mit AWS.
- Idealerweise AWS Solution Architect Zertifizierung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement: Leitung mittlerer bis großer IT-Projekte.
- Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Ausgezeichnete Lernfähigkeiten und Lernbereitschaft.
