• Manage the CTO's calendar, priorities, and communications
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting notes, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks
• Track technology initiatives across engineering, product, and operations
• Maintain project timelines, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Act as the link between the CTO and internal teams or external partners
• Draft updates, prepare leadership reviews, and support vendor communications when needed
• Collect and summarize technical and business metrics
• Build clear dashboards and executive reports that support decision-making at the leadership level
• Help improve how the tech department runs, from documentation and processes to onboarding coordination and team events

• Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
• Prepare and follow up on sales meetings, appointments and documentation
• Maintain, update and verify customer and sales data in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Create and manage quotations, contracts and sales documents
• Coordinate and schedule appointments between the sales team and customers
• Track outstanding items and ensure clean, complete processes
• Support onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the sales team
• Prepare sales analyses, lists and basic reports
• Act as an interface between sales, customer care and other departments
• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the sales team
