About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
Prepare and follow up on sales meetings, appointments and documentation
Maintain, update and verify customer and sales data in the CRM (Salesforce)
Create and manage quotations, contracts and sales documents
Coordinate and schedule appointments between the sales team and customers
Track outstanding items and ensure clean, complete processes
Support onboarding of new customers in collaboration with the sales team
Prepare sales analyses, lists and basic reports
Act as an interface between sales, customer care and other departments
Provide general administrative and organizational support to the sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial/administrative vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Initial experience in sales assistance, inside sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
Confident use of digital tools; ideally some experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
High reliability, ability to work independently and a good sense of priorities
Excellent German skills and good English skills
