About the role
- Lead finance workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle
- Partner with finance sub-functions and cross-functional M&A stakeholders
- Review transaction materials and agreements for finance input
- Develop and execute finance integration plans
- Support closing and post-close execution activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 9+ years of relevant experience in M&A finance, transaction advisory, strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, and/or finance integration
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading across cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes
