About the role
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements
- Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
