About the role

  • Own the quarterly and annual sales planning engine for sales
  • Align growth goals, segmentation, and coverage model
  • Collect and synthesize worldwide sales input for long-range plan & annual operating plan
  • Drive CRO review/approval and codify enterprise priorities and decisions
  • Build executive-ready materials and run the cadence for quarterly business planning
  • Surface risks and trade-offs with clear options and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy, planning, and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in driving annual and quarterly sales planning processes
  • Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or software industries
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proficient in collaboration and communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior executives
