About the role
- Own the quarterly and annual sales planning engine for sales
- Align growth goals, segmentation, and coverage model
- Collect and synthesize worldwide sales input for long-range plan & annual operating plan
- Drive CRO review/approval and codify enterprise priorities and decisions
- Build executive-ready materials and run the cadence for quarterly business planning
- Surface risks and trade-offs with clear options and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales strategy, planning, and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in driving annual and quarterly sales planning processes
- Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology or software industries
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in collaboration and communication
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior executives
